Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
- You'll need your order number or the email address used at checkout.
How to start a return
Email us at support@shopkitcho.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions, including the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
