Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 days of purchase. Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay; there are no shipping charges added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

If your order is late or lost

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, email us at support@shopkitcho.com and we'll track it down — or refund or replace it if it's lost.
